Voices of Courage Choirs
The University of Notre Dame is excited to partner with the South Bend Community School Corporation to create two new choirs at Madison STEAM Academy and Harrison Primary Center that specalize in African-American, Hispanic, and American musical traditions. Singers will learn about and perform jazz, blues, spirituals, gospel, motown, musical theater, and more.
The Voices of Courage Choirs are once-a-week after school programs (2:20-4:00pm) that are free to all participants and open only to students at Marison and Harrison schools.
Registration forms will be sent home with students from these schools in the middle of October and January of each school year.
