Office Hours
The Sacred Music Academy is located on the 5th floor of O'Neill Hall of Music on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. Our regular office hours are:
Monday: 10am–5pm
Tuesday: 10am–3pm
Wednesday: 10am–3pm
Thursday: 10am–3pm
Friday: By appointment

We are available by phone during our office hours as well as between 3–6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays (during choir rehearsals).
We respond to email on a regular basis throughout the day. You may reach us anytime at: sacredmusicacademy@nd.edu.
Appointment
We are available to speak in person or by phone Monday through Friday. Do not hesitate to set up an appointment with us.
Absences
Please use the Absence Form to notify the Sacred Music Academy of absences from the Notre Dame Children's Choir.
Volunteer
The Notre Dame Children's Choir is always in need for parent volunteers to chaperone rehearsals, performances, tours, and social occasions. In the past our parent volunteers have traveled with the choir to Philadelphia, New York City, Chicago, and more. This summer's tour will include travel to St. Louis, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, and Des Moines. All volunteers for overnight events are required to undergo a background check.
